I have a suggestion for the emailed backups. I really like backup to email. I have been using email to backup files for years. As such I have a few suggestions that may help a bit.
Remove the link to external images and leave only text links. Most people have external images turned off and we're left with a big ugly X where a text link would suffice.
I'd also suggest breaking the backup filename off of the directory in the body of the email. This way wordwrap has less of a chance of breaking the text flow of the filename.
My third suggestion is to indicate the number following "Your requested Backup" is the uncompressed/compressed file size.
And finally I'd suggest adding the filename or the date and time to the end of the subject line in the email. Outlook Express names emails that have been drag and dropped to a folder by the emails subject. It would also look better to remove the http:// in the subject line as well.
This is a sample email dropped onto the desktop as it currently is

The changes I suggest will have a drag and dropped email looking something like
