I accidentally deleted one post. I've found it in a backup. Can I restore just the one post? How? I'm very new to this so please speak slowly and use little words!

Restore ONE post?

The INSERT statement containing this blog posts's information should be exactly on line in yout backup wordpress.sql file. Use a tool like phpMyAdmin, preferable the WP-phpMyAdmin (http://wordpress.designpraxis.at/plugins/wp-phpmyadmin/) plugin to execute that INSERT SQL command, and you post should be restored.
