smurfinator, I appreciate suggestions very much as far as they regard my work on the plugin. Nevertheless, Bot Tracker is a third party implementation. The idea behind such a nested type of software is quite common in the open source world.

Believe me: I am truely not developing CrawlTrack. Therefore I cannot support the software. As far as support questions concern the implementation of CrawlTrack into WordPress, and that is, what the plugin does, I am happy to provide support.

To give you one more example: I have done another plugin named "Find Us". This plugin display google maps on you website and lets users find directions to you location. I am not developing google maps.

To me it is the same. When I click on Bot-Tracker in WordPress it takes me to crawl track. When I click on the link that says suggestions it take me here. So to me crawl track and bot-tracker are interchangeable.

smufrinator, it this feature request for Bot Tracker? My plugin only wraps an existing software called CrawlTrack. If you have feature Requests for it, please check the crawltrack website: http://www.crawltrack.fr/
As soon as there is a new release of CrawlTrack, I'll release a new version of Bot Tracker ;)

starkhay, that is an interesting idea! Thanks a lot! I know there are tools to split zip files, but has anyone experience in doing that with php on the server side?

I enjoy the graphs that have been included and have some suggestions for improvments.

1) When you click on the a slice on the pie chart it does not display the information associated it with it. It would be nice if you clicked on the graph the information associated with that segment would displayed once clicked.

2) I would like to be able to define the graph type and the information include on the axis. For example line graphs are better suited than bar charts for some types of information.

Interesting plugin !!
It would be very appreciated if the backup emailed could be divided in several volumes of a variable size.
So, it could be sent even in "mail-account" who cannot receive mails larger than X Mb.

mrking, thank you for the feature request.
how can be assured, that the emailed backup has successfully arrived in your inbox? To achieve a similar effect, you can easily set the amount of Backups to keep to 1 or 2, so that whenever a backup is sent, the other one is deleted.

I would like a feature that if you choose to have the backup emailed to you, then you have the option to not store the backup file on your site. IE, after the file is emailed the plugin would go in and delete the file.

After my first view, here are some basic feature requests.

first - the interface is very simple, well designed, easy to understand - in german language.

Feature requests:

- i would like to enter a email adress manually for the "send me my backups via mail" - feature.

- more options for backup schedule e.g which day of the week, etc.. (maybe the feature is given yet - so i am blind :D )

regards,

chris
