I tried a couple of times and it kept giving me this.</p> <p>I typically do not use the "admin" account to login to Wordpress. I've created a personal admin account for that purpose called "Shack Dougall". But in the past, I have seen a couple of times where "Shack Dougall" didn't work for things, even though it is an administrator account with all roles and capabilities.</p> <p>So, on a hunch, I logged out and re-logged with "admin", and it worked! It asked me to change the permissions on the crawltrack directory to 777 and then I was in. I have never gotten any reports. I get the below error only. I am running WP version 2.2.2 hosted at SiteGround.com and version 2.3 of the Plug-in. I fixed my error by creating an empty /cache subdirectory under /crawltrack directory and now it works fine it seems (although have not any bot activity in the short time I've had it fixed).
