Allerdings ist wp-cron ein pseudo-cron. Das heisst, solange keine requests an die Webseite passieren, werden auch keine Zeitpläne getriggert. In einer localen Test-Umgebung wird also zumindest solange nichts passieren, als man die Seite ein paar mal aufgerufen hat. I then imported the backup file (after including the USE 'db' line) manually in phpmyadmin, setting the coding to latin1.
